Kacy & Josh got married this past weekend at Camp Loughridge (and coincidentally, I had one of my top two embarrassing wedding-related moments. More later on this). The colors they chose were so vibrant, the ceremony was so beautiful, everything was great! And they had the most perfect weather for taking pictures! Okay, so back to my embarrassing moment…long story short, I didn’t realize that there are 2 possible places at Camp Loughridge for a reception, and, well, naturally, Luke and I went to the only one I knew about. And that reception just happened to be for a groom named Josh, too! A few minutes later, another Tulsa photographer came in that I recognized and it dawned on us that we were in the wrong place. Oh Lord. To Kacy and Josh- we’re so glad that we could be there for your big day!
…are getting married! (www.StorybookWeddings.org) So we took some time to go downtown and get some engagement portraits and we had a blast! They’re such a fun and easy going couple. (I’ve always wanted to play a prank on a couple, and for the first picture of their session, pull out my camera phone and start snapping away. In my mind, this joke is hilarious. In real life? I don’t know yet, I’ve never had enough guts to do it. But if I did, this would be the kind of couple who would actually find it funny.) Laura & Brandon, you were great to work with and I’m looking forward to being at your wedding! (Where I may or may not whip out my camera phone.)
I met Christina & Garrett last September when they had their engagement pictures done (www.StorybookWeddings.org I’m too lazy to go find the link, but just take my word for it that Christina & Garrett don’t take bad pictures…ever.) Christina & Garrett were married this past weekend at Vesica Piscis in Catoosa; everything about it was so beautiful! The wedding colors/design, black & white damask with a dash of bright red, LOVE it!! Christina & Garrett, you two are so stinkin’ good looking, it’s not even right; your kids will be gorgeous! Congratulations, you two!

Meagan & Garry, I don’t know about you, but I had a wonderful time photographing you two! I had a slightly less wonderful time after I locked my keys in my car, though. Haha!
Megan & Stephen, you were great! Can’t wait to see you at your wedding! I know you’re anxious for a sneak peek, so here ya go!
www.StorybookWeddings.org Amy & Elliot were married this past weekend in Fort Gibson. Jackey, my husband Luke and myself all took part in photographing the day, and a beautiful day it was! As you can see, Amy was breathtaking in her gown and Elliot was more than dapper in that tux! To Amy and Elliot- I hope your honeymoon was amazing and may your life together be all that you dreamed!

First of all, I have to tell you that Corey is the closest thing to Mike the Sitchuation that you’ll ever meet in Oklahoma! That doesn’t, however, make Angela a guidette, she’s far too classy. (Please note: If those first two sentences were Greek to you, just skip ahead to the pictures!) Anyway, they’re getting married soon (on my anniversary!) and they’ve chosen Storybook Wedding Photography (www.StorybookWeddings.org) for their photographers, so we went out last night to get some engagement shots. They were such a blast and did everything I asked! Angela and Corey- you guys are the best! I wish you all the best!

I met the staff of First Commercial (www.First-Commercial.com) early one morning for some headshots, etc. So here we have the staff of First Commercial, looking very “officey”…
And here we have them looking slightly less “officey”:
When God said to be fruitful and multiply, Tyler and Jessica were obedient! And they’ve produced some darn good lookin’ kiddos, too! I’ve enjoyed being able to photograph their two youngest children for several years now, and I just love watching them grow. They’re so precious! Thank you Tyler and Jessica for the opportunity to photograph your family.
